Day Conference Package
The Theatre on the Track's ideal location and versatile venues make it an ideal choice for day conferences.
The packages includes the following:
14 % VAT
Venue hire (07h00 - 18h00)
Tea, coffee and biscuits on arrival
Tea, coffee, juice and scones for mid-morning break
A Finger/Fork Buffet Lunch
Tea, coffee and muffins for mid-afternoon break
Staff
Bottled mineral water, cordials and mints are provided and refilled at each break.
A bar can be set-up and this will be charged on consumption.
Theatre
250 + delegates = R409.00 per person
Conference Room
120 + delegates = R409.00 per person
Green Room
30 + delegates = R409.00 per person
If your numbers do not reach the required minimum of 250 pax in the Theatre, 120 pax in the Conference Room or 30 pax in the Green Room all items will be costed individually.
Concession
Should your numbers for a day conference package exceed 300 pax we will hire the conference room for lunch @ a venue hire rate of R6 000.00 (assuming that it is available) as opposed to normal rate of R12 000.00.
